Provision and management of smoke-free, safe, and affordable housing units for low income, elderly, and/or disabled persons of any age. Housing options are at the Delevan, Ellicottville, Franklinville, Little Valley, and Randolph Terraces, as well as Willow Brook Manor in Clymer, New York.
