Our Energy & Housing Services are dedicated to providing the education, technology, and programs that assist members of our community to live in safe, affordable, and energy-efficient homes.
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
Serving in-come eligible homeowners and renters. Energy audits, health and safety measures, energy conservation, education, furnace replacements, and other minor repairs related to energy needs.
*Serving Allegany, Cattaraugus, Livingston, and Wyoming Counties as well as with the Seneca Nation Allegany and Cattaraugus Territories
Housing Rehabilitation and Home Repair Programs
In conjunction with the Weatherization Assistance Program and in instances that a home is in need of repairs too extensive for weatherization, CCA may serve qualifying owner-occupied homes to address roofing and other health and safety issues.

Partnership with the Cattaraugus County Health Department. Purpose is to reduce environmental hazards in the home. Will provide educational materials, allow for the installations of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, child safety latches, fall protection, and testing for lead-based paint and radon. Program is free with no income eligibility requirements for homeowners or renters.
