Tina Zerbian, MSEd, Chief Executive Officer
Tina Zerbian is the CEO at Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc., a role she has held since September 1984. Ms. Zerbian holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education, and earned her designation as a Certified Community Action Professional in 2010. She is a member of the Board of the Mental Health Association of Cattaraugus County, the NYS LIFE Steering Committee, and the Board of Universal Primary Care. Having served as President of the New York State Community Action Association from 2002-2006, Ms. Zerbian remains an active member of the Board of that organization, as well.
Ms. Zerbian is a Certified Credit Compliance Specialist, administering several low-income housing tax credit projects. In 1990, Ms. Zerbian was named Woman of the Year by the Enchanted Mountain Business and Professional Women’s Club, and in 2000, she was honored with the New York State Community Action Association’s Administrator of the Year Award. In 2004, she received the “Friends of Civil Legal Services Award” from the New York State Unified Court System. She was named Alumnus of the Year for Leadership Cattaraugus in 2008. She was a consultant with TRC Companies, having assisted with the launch of the Mulitfamily Performance Program in New York State.
She and her husband, Tom, are the parents of two sons; they live in Ellicottville, New York.
Bruce J. Dineen, Chief Financial Officer/Human Resources Director
Bruce Dineen has been an employee of Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc. since May 2, 1988, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer/Human Resources Director. Bruce graduated from Houghton College with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a graduate of Leadership Cattaraugus, Class of 2009.
Bruce lives in Salamanca, New York, with his fiance, Jodi, and is the father of two children. His daughter Allison lives in Frederick, Maryland, and his son Justin lives in Ellicottville, New York.
Amy Maitland, Chief Operating Officer of Services
Amy Maitland has worked for Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc. since 1986. She attended the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford for two years and graduated from Houghton College with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She is a Certified Financial Social Worker and currently serves on the Olean Food Pantry Board of Directors and Healthy Families Advisory Board.
Jodi Fuller, Chief Operating Officer of Planning & Development
Jodi Fuller has been employed by Cattaraugus Community Action since 1995. She holds a Masters Degree in Professional Leadership from St. Bonaventure University. She is also a Leadership Cattaraugus Alumna.Jodi is a lifelong Cattaraugus County resident and currently resides in Salamanca, New York, with her fiance, Bruce.
Ken Tomczak, Chief Operating Officer of Energy & Housing
Ken Tomczak has been an employee of Cattaraugus Community Action since 1997 and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Office of Energy & Housing Services.
Gayle Rockwell, M.I.S. Director
Gayle Rockwell has been an employee of Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc. since October 22, 1990. Prior to becoming M.I.S. Director, she served in many position within the agency, including Accounts Payable Clerk and Assistant Finance Director.
Gayle earned an Associates of Science in Accounting in 2007. She is married with two sons. Her husband, Chris, is also employed with CCA as the Building Technician. Her oldest son, Cory, is attending Alfred State College, and her youngest son, Aron, is a Sophomore at Salamanca Jr.-Sr. High School.
Angel Fisher, Executive Assistant
Angel Fisher has been the Executive Assistant at Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc. since 2005, including Customer Services and Central Intake supervision. She is a 1991 graduate of Olean Business Institute with a concentration in Legal Office Procedures, and in 2012, she became a Certified Financial Social Work Educator/Coach.
