| RANDOLPH
TERRACE Randolph Terrace is owned in a limited partnership with Cattaraugus Rural Housing Corporation as a co-general partner. This twenty-four one bedroom unit project started occupancy in December of 1988. CRHC provides Property Management for this Senior project located outside the Village of Randolph. It is a USDA Rural Development (formerly FmHA) 515 project but also used Western Provinces Alliance Housing Revolving Loan Fund money, the Division of Housing and Community Renewal Rural Rental Assistance, and federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits for funding. |
